For the fastest help, include your workspace name and a brief description of what you’re seeing. For Meta Ads issues, also include the campaign or ad set name you were trying to publish to.
Meta account suspended? We cannot reinstate Meta accounts — that requires contacting Meta support directly at facebook.com/business/help. We can help you disconnect CMO Suite from a suspended account if needed.
Ad disapproved by Meta? Ad review decisions are made by Meta, not CMO Suite. You can appeal disapprovals directly in Meta Ads Manager.
